Qualifications

• Minimal work experience required; 1 year restaurant experience is a plus.
• Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate required.
• Ability to stand or walk for 8–10 hour shifts and lift at least 30 pounds.
• Detail-oriented and time management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Following all food safety guidelines.
• Receiving truck deliveries; inspecting products and checking for damage or missing items.
• Dating, rotating, and storing all products on the day of delivery.
• Pulling data daily for prep needs over a 48-hour period.
• Prepping all products according to Domino’s standards.
• Proofing dough for 24 hours; dating and re-cooling.
• Maintaining proper temperatures of products during prep.
• Checking temperatures of refrigeration units.
• Dating all products according to Domino’s dating standards.
• Prepping all cooking PRPs; including sandwich mats and papered pans.
• Maintaining sanitation of prep area and surrounding areas.
• Reporting safety hazards and maintenance needs.
