Qualifications

• Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed.
• Receive truck deliveries; check for damage or missing goods.
• Date, rotate, and store all products received on the day of delivery.
• Pull daily data for prep needs for a 48-hour period.
• Prep products according to Domino’s standards.
• Proof dough for a 24-hour period; date and re‑cool as needed.
• Maintain proper temperatures during prep.
• Check temperatures of refrigeration units.
• Date all products according to Domino’s dating standards.
• Prep all cooking PRP’s; include sandwich mats and papered pans.
• Maintain sanitation of prep area and areas exposed to food.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance needs.
