Job summary

Refinery Sports & Entertainment Inc. is seeking a prep cook to support kitchen operations. You will prepare produce, sauces, and proteins according to recipes and portion standards, while maintaining cleanliness and stock levels to ensure service readiness.

Responsibilities include following food-safety procedures, labeling and storing foods properly, and aiding other stations during peak periods. Punctuality and correct uniform are expected.

Qualifications

• Prepare produce, sauces, proteins according to recipe and portion standards.
• Follow proper food preparation, cooking, cooling, labeling, dating, and storage procedures.
• Maintain proper product rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Keep prep areas, equipment, and workstations clean and organized.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management when products or ingredients are running low.
• Follow all food-safety and sanitation requirements.
• Assist other line stations when needed during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Prep per opening manager’s prep list and not prep more than asked.
• Prepare produce, sauces, proteins and other foods according to recipe and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas and stations.
• Complete assigned prep lists accurately and in a timely manner.
