Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will be ServSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Culinary degree or certified apprenticeship with 2–3 years cooking experience in contract foodservice, preferably in premium services or venues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong commitment to delivering high level customer and client service with initiative and leadership
• Customer service oriented with ability to interact with all levels of management
• Flexible to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Team-based and detail oriented with safety awareness

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items in a fast-casual space to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize revenues
• Direct, implement, and maintain a guest service philosophy for associates
• Regularly meet with supervision to review assignments and business levels
• Ensure highest quality products are served to guests
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards per health codes
• Rotate to other service locations as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
