Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a motivated cook for a fast-casual dining environment within our entertainment venue. You will prepare and cook food items with a focus on quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a culinary degree or completed a certified apprenticeship with 2–3 years cooking experience, preferably in premium services, catering, and concessions. ServSafe certification is preferred, and flexibility for extended hours is expected.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Culinary degree or certified apprenticeship with 2–3 years cooking experience in contract foodservice, preferably in premium services, catering, and concessions environments for a sports/entertainment venue.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain friendly, professional demeanor at all times.
• Direct and maintain a guest service philosophy for associates.
• Meet with supervision to review assignments and anticipated business levels.
• Ensure that only high-quality products are served to guests.
• Maintain sanitation per County Health/Legislation and Legends Hospitality standards.
• Provide efficient service and quality products through positive customer relations and prudent financial practices.
• Ensure all equipment is in proper operating condition and cleaned regularly.
• Rotate to other service locations when necessary.
