• Prepares items on production sheets following recipes.
• Completes production worksheets and waste logs; tastes meals for quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items per policy; follows sanitation rules.
• Resolves customer concerns and assists at multiple stations.
