Chef Paul Barron is seeking a dependable and hardworking professional to join our growing Culinary Team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, good at multi-tasking, and is eager to learn and grow within a creative culinary setting.Culinary Students are encouraged to apply!

As our Prep Cook / Dishwasher, your main goal will be to support the Chef and Chef de Cuisine with food preparation and overall kitchen operations, ensuring events run smoothly from start to finish. This includes washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, and equipment, as well as assisting with basic food prep and event packing as needed.

This is a full-time position, typically Wednesday through Saturday (and occasional additional days). Evening, and holiday availability is required, and flexibility is aMUST, as we work at various locations for catered and private events.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, dependable, and brings a positive attitude to the kitchen. We are a close knit team that takes a group oriented approach rather than operating in strictly individual roles. Everyone supports one another to ensure a seamless event experience.
