Job summary

Paradies Lagardre is hiring for a Prep Cook I to deliver high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment at the Salt Lake City Airport. You will follow 100% recipe adherence, assist with station prep, and support senior cooks to ensure a premier dining experience for travelers.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year of cooking experience, ServeSafe certification, and the ability to work unsupervised while maintaining a professional image.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of closely related cooking experience; high volume/fast casual preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification or equivalent required by state.
• Able to work unsupervised for extended periods and demonstrate good judgment with guests.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to guests and team members.
• Food preparation at 100% recipe adherence; follow recipes and product directions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen work environment.
• Restock and assist with ordering of kitchen supplies.
• Follow brand standards, food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.
