Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Cook to join our Dining Division in a fast-paced airport setting. You will prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals with precision and pride, ensuring consistency with our brand standards and safety guidelines.

In this role, you will work in a high-volume kitchen, maintain cleanliness, follow food safety regulations, and support overall kitchen operations. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year cooking experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment preferred.
• Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) required by state.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in high-heat environments and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and brand standards
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portioning at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations and procedures
