Qualifications

• Proven experience maintaining food safety standards and proper handling techniques.
• Ability to work in a high-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to stand for the duration of shifts and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Excellent personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Must be able to read written directions in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepares ingredients and produce as directed by the chef.
• Prepares condiments, dressings, and sauces as well as simple dishes such as breads or salads.
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest and client.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene codes and standards.
• Assists with unloading, inspection, and storage of raw ingredients and supplies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Proactive and anticipate the needs of other team members to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Assist with back of house cleanliness and organization.
