Job summary

Yarzin Sella FR in Social Circle, GA is seeking a Full-Time prep Cook to join our culinary team. This role features a weekday schedule with guaranteed 40 hours, and no weekends.

You’ll support daily kitchen prep, maintain speed and presentation, follow food safety standards, and work closely with the Chef team. The position offers pay of $19–$20 per hour (non-exempt) and benefits, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain speed and presentation during service.

• Follow food safety and sanitation standards (labeling, dating, storage, FIFO).
• Set up, stock, clean, and break down station.
• Communicate needs clearly with Chef team (inventory, quality, equipment).

Pay

What You’ll Do

• Maintain speed and consistency during service while keeping presentation on point
• Support daily kitchen prep (slicing, dicing, chopping, portioning, sauces, dressings, and more)
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards (labeling, dating, storage, FIFO rotation)
• Set up, stock, clean, and break down your station
• Work closely with the Chef team and communicate needs clearly (inventory, quality, equipment)
