You will play a key role in launching a new, innovative, and exclusive fine-dining supper club located in Old Town's Entertainment District, blending artistry, entertainment, and culinary excellence. Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare ingredients by measuring, chopping, and dicing accurately
2. Follow recipes and portion guidelines for consistent quality
3. Meet daily prep goals to keep the kitchen ready for service
4. Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth operations during busy times
5. Follow food safety and sanitation standards
6. Keep prep areas clean, organized, and stocked
7. Assist with kitchen tasks during peak hours
8. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Previous kitchen experience in a fast-paced, fine dining environment is preferred
2. Knowledge of kitchen equipment, culinary techniques, and food safety regulations
3. Strong knife skills and safe handling of kitchen equipment
4. Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize
5. Ability to thrive under pressure with a positive attitude
6. Effective communication and teamwork skills
7. Reliable transportation
8. Required food certification
