Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, and ingredients daily.
• Portion, season, marinate, bread, and prepare foods for cooking.
• Assist with salads, entrées, sauces, and sides.
• Keep kitchen stations, equipment, and storage areas clean and sanitary.
• Follow food safety, portion control, and quality standards.
• Help manage inventory, rotate stock, and minimize waste.
• Work safely with kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Interact kindly and respectfully with residents, families, and coworkers.
