Qualified candidates may have 1 year of dietary/food experience and must hold a State Food Service Sanitation certification; a Food Sanitation License is preferred.

Job Summary:

The Cook is responsible for food preparation in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to assure that quality food service is always provided.

Essential Duties:

• Review menus prior to preparation of food and prepare timely meals and snacks according to food safety guidelines.
