Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Cook to prepare meals in accordance with federal, state, and local food safety standards, ensuring high-quality service in our facility kitchen. You will review menus, prepare meals and snacks on schedule, and assist in planning regular and special diet menus as prescribed by the attending physician and dietitian.

Qualifications

• One year dietary/food experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility preferred but not required.
• Must have State Food Service Sanitation certification.
