Duties:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
• Assist in the coordination and execution of catering events
• Cook food according to recipes and guidelines provided
• Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and quality standards
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Skills:

• Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred
