Opened April 2024 at Encore Boston Harbor, Seamark will offer a contemporary interpretation of NewEngland's timeless seafood dining experience, boasting a bounty of elevated favorites and featuring the freshest pier to plate fish, lobster and shellfish available.
POSITION SUMMARY
Prep cooks ensure quality, consistency, and production of all food menu items. They are responsible or preparing, sauces, soups, and stocks. Prep Cooks prepare the ingredients that allow line cooks to provide guests with an excellent dining experience.
