Position: Prep Cook
The Prep Cook plans, preps, sets up, and provides quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in designated outlets in accordance with company standards. Maintains organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Upholds a philosophy congruent with Company culture, serving as a guide to all family members.

- Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines.
- Maintains professionalism and ethical standards beyond reproach.
- Follows all departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Maintains knowledge of property layouts, table/seat/station numbers, proper table setups, room capacity, hours of operation, price ranges, dress codes, and menu items including prices, preparation methods, ingredients, quality standards, and presentation.
- Organized, able to maintain concentration, and think clearly when providing service to multiple guests.
- Performs physical movements throughout the work area and works with minimal supervision.
- Adheres to all sanitation/health regulations and company standards.
- Coordinates with Chefs to review assignments and anticipate business needs.
- Inspects cleanliness and organization of workstations and rectifies deficiencies.
- Prepares menu items, organizing prep items from various areas to ensure readiness for service.
Additional Information
One to two years of experience and/or training preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
