About Us:

A Mi Apá Latin Cafe is renowned for its authentic Cuban dishes and commitment to delivering unforgettable guest experiences. We are looking for enthusiastic and detail‑oriented kitchen team members who are passionate about food and customer service, willing to deliver anywhere , miles from Gainesville.

Position Overview:

As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for driving to different town, setting everything to sell and taking customer orders, preparing, cooking, and presenting our signature dishes with efficiency and quality. You’ll also contribute to ensuring a positive and welcoming environment while adhering to health and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Take customer orders, payments, and hand food orders
• Assist customers with any questions they might have about our menu
• Prepare high-quality dishes in line with our standards
• Efficiently organize kitchen operations during breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts
• Load and unload food truck, and make sure it’s clean and set up for next day.
• Maintain a positive attitude and excellent teamwork
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld, complying with state health regulations
• Assist with receiving and organizing food deliveries
• Appear on time, in full uniform, and ready for each shift
• Travel to and from designated food truck locations (approximately [insert distance/time])

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Clear and professional communication skills
• English needed
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for Cuban cuisine
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
• Must be able to lift 25+ pounds frequently
• Ability to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors
• Must tolerate high noise levels and work efficiently under pressure
• Able to travel daily to different Cities.
