Job Overview

As a server at Mi Apá Latin café, you are responsible for creating memorable guest experiences through connection and hospitality driven customer excellences every time.

Responsibilities

• Providing the highest possible level of hospitality, quality and value to every customer
• Engaging customers and developing relationships
• Maintaining a positive attitude
• Execute the entire customer experience providing high quality food and beverages
• Cleaning and organizing work stations and other assigned areas to maintain the standards of our restaurant image

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Customer focused attitue
• Clear and professional demeanor
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize with efficiency
• Initiative, drive and a self-starting work ethic
• Detail orientated, efficient, and organized

Essential Physical Functions

• Ability to stand/walk 5-8 hours per shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Required to frequently reach, bend, stoop, and carry
• Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments; indoors and outdoors
• Must be able to tolerate high levels of noise
