Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in food production, pastry, or culinary environments (chocolate or dessert experience preferred).
• Proven ability to train and lead teams, including peers and leaders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—especially in recipes and quality control.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and Methods of Preparation (MOPs) with accuracy—no shortcuts, eyeballing, or changes without approval.
• Prepare ingredients, batters, bases, and components for daily production.
• Ensure freshness and quality by practicing FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Support seasonal rollouts by preparing and organizing necessary components.
• Assist with maintaining recipe documentation and organized prep stations.
• Keep kitchen areas clean, safe, and well-stocked at all times.
• Communicate clearly with leadership about product needs, shortages, or issues.
• Work efficiently to meet daily prep demands while upholding exacting quality.
• Support the team with occasional FOH assistance to stay connected with the guest experience.
