Hampton Chocolate Factory is seeking a Dessert Artisan (Team Member) to craft Instagram-worthy desserts and contribute to an exceptional guest experience. Qualifications

• 1–2 years in fast-paced food & beverage or hospitality environments.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Clear instruction, patience, and encouragement when helping new team members.
• Strong learning and development mindset with growth focus.
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent in operations.
• Team-first mindset with collaboration and communication.
• Ability to give and receive feedback constructively.
• Attention to detail when following procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Craft Instagram-worthy desserts that reflect the Hampton Chocolate Factory brand and exceed guest expectations.
• Partner with leadership and team members to deliver a one-of-a-kind guest experience on every shift.
• Support daily operations by staying organized, following routines, and keeping service areas clean and guest-ready.
• Maintain a positive, energetic presence and set the tone during busy shifts.
• Model daily habits that support a smooth, efficient, and high-performing work environment.
• Communicate guest feedback to leadership to help drive improvements.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
• Represent Hampton Chocolate Factory with professionalism and hospitality on every shift.
