Via 313 in Colorado is looking for a Prep Cook to help create our celebrated Detroit-style pizzas and support a fast-paced kitchen team. Whether you're an experienced cook or eager to grow your skills, you'll join a supportive crew that values teamwork and great guest experiences.

Your day will include preparing ingredients, dough stretching, cooking appetizers, keeping your station organized, and following safety standards while learning from an energetic group.

Qualifications

• Colorado Food Handler Permit or ability to obtain one after hire.
• Reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment preferred but trainable.

Responsibilities

• Preparing fresh ingredients.
• Stretching dough and building Detroit-style pizzas.
• Cooking appetizers, salads, and other menu items.

Pay

$16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred (but we're happy to train the right person!)
• Colorado Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain one after hire)
• Reliable, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

A Day in the Life

No two shifts are exactly the same! As a Prep Cook, you'll help create the amazing food our guests come back for again and again.

Your day may include:

• Preparing fresh ingredients
• Stretching dough and building Detroit-style pizzas
• Cooking appetizers, salads, and other menu favorites
• Keeping your station clean, organized, and stocked
• Working alongside an awesome team during busy services
• Following food safety and sanitation standards
• Jumping in wherever the team needs you

Colorado Paid Sick Leave (HFWA)

In accordance with Colorado's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA):

• Accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year
• Accrual begins on your first day of employment
• Sick leave may be used for your own health needs, to care for a family member, or for other qualifying reasons under Colorado law
• Unused leave carries over from year to year, with annual usage limits as provided by law
• Additional leave may be available during qualifying public health emergencies
