Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care in the Pre Operative department. This role assists the Director with planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating process improvements across nursing services.

The supervisor will manage daily nursing activities, collaborate with clinical and ancillary teams, and help ensure quality, safety, and compliance while supporting staff growth and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• 2 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting.
• Previous lead or supervisor experience overseeing work of assigned units preferred.
• Current ACLS certification required.
• Current PALS certification required.
• RN License in state of employment or compact.
