Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• National specialty certification preferred.
• 3 years relevant experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide shift leadership and oversee clinical department operations.
• Coach and mentor nursing staff; ensure high quality patient care.
• Monitor infection control policies and patient safety goals.
• Oversee staffing, assignments, and patient flow with the manager.
• Ensure timely and accurate implementation of physician orders and hand-offs.
• Support multidisciplinary rounds and unit-based quality improvement initiatives.
