Job summary

MountainView Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process from assessment to evaluation. This full-time role collaborates with physicians and the health care team to ensure high-quality outcomes for patients and families.

Sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for eligible candidates. The RN will administer medications, monitor patients, assist during procedures, document care, and participate in safety and quality

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.
• RN license required in the US.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Administers medications and monitors for side effects.
• Collaborates with physicians and the care team to plan and evaluate care.
• Documents care accurately and maintains patient safety.
