Job summary

MountainView Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM seeks a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care across the nursing process, coordinating with physicians and the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The RN will administer medications, monitor patient status, and educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions. ACLS/PALS are preferred, and strong infection control practices are required.

• Knowledge of the nursing process and clinical nursing practices.
• Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and communicate findings effectively.
• Proficient in administering medications and monitoring for side effects.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
