You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to ensure high-quality outcomes while maintaining a compassionate environment for patients and families.

The role requires 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations, with licensure to practice as an RN.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student clinical rotations.
• Knowledge of the nursing process and clinical practices.
• Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and communicate findings.
• Proficiency in administering medications and monitoring for side effects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail in documenting patient care and safety.
• Knowledge of safety standards, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per nursing process and policies.
