MountainView Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for medical-surgical units in Las Cruces, NM. This role provides patient-centered care through the nursing process and coordination with physicians and the care team.

Eligible full-time candidates may receive a sign-on bonus up to $20,000. The RN will assess patients, administer medications, monitor responses, and participate in life-saving interventions while upholding safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required
• 0-2 years clinical nursing experience or student rotations
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
• Assess patients and document findings; report changes to care team.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop care plans.
• Respond to emergencies; participate in CPR and code team activities.
