Job summary

Banner Surgery Center – Sun City West, managed by Atlas Healthcare Partners, seeks a registered nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients across preoperative and PACU settings. Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
• Current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and post-operative planning needs.
• Formulate a plan of care including discharge planning in collaboration with patient and family.
• Implement the care plan and coordinate with the health care team per physician orders.
