Job summary

The Johns Hopkins Medicine Ambulatory Surgery Centers in Nottingham, MD are seeking an experienced OR RN for day shift duties (Mon–Fri, 40 hrs). You will care for patients undergoing gender affirming care, facial reconstruction, breast and abdominal surgeries, and collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia in a fast-paced OR environment.

Maryland or Compact RN license is required, with at least 6 months of recent RN experience and Preop/PACU exposure.

Qualifications

• RN with active Maryland or Compact license at time of hire.
• Minimum 6 months of recent RN experience; Preop PACU experience required.
• BSN from an accredited program preferred; ADN may be considered with matriculation into a BSN program.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients undergoing gender affirming care and various surgeries in OR.
• Support OR circulating duties and ensure patient safety throughout procedures.
• Coordinate with surgical team, anesthesia, and post-anesthesia care.
