Banner Churchill Community Hospital is looking for a full-time Registered Nurse to work in the PreOp and PACU department at Fallon, Nevada. This position is full-time working 6:45am-3:15 Monday-Friday. Call shifts required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area for which you are applying is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and discharge planning.
• Formulates and revises plan of care with multidisciplinary team.
• Implements care per physician orders and nursing plan of care.
• Documents assessments, plans, and patient responses in the chart.
• Promotes high-quality care and participates in staff education and mentoring.
