Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to join the Med/Surg and L&D teams in Fallon, Nevada. This position has no guaranteed hours or benefits and requires flexible availability across shifts.

The RN in this role will assess and deliver nursing care, develop and revise plans of care, collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, and document patient progress in accordance with hospital policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in the state of practice and BLS certification.
• Experience in acute care or med/surg units is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and document nursing care per policies and standards.
• Collaborate with the health care team to coordinate patient care.
• Provide care based on physician orders and discharge planning needs.
• Document patient data and responses to treatment accurately and timely.
