Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Banner Registry and Travel positions require a minimum of one year in an acute care hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational needs and plan discharge.
• Formulate and communicate a plan of care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Implement care and supervise activities of the health care team.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions and patient responses clearly in the chart.
