Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current Nevada nursing license.
• 2+ years of Pre-Op/Post-Op experience; ambulatory setting preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic technique.
• Ability to maintain patient safety and privacy.
• Strong communication, teaching and organizational skills.
• Teamwork and professional ethics emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity and quality nursing care for all patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care from anesthesia recovery.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort and privacy throughout care.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented ambulatory surgery center.
