Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners LLC seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with nursing standards. The role emphasizes collaboration with the care team, documentation, and patient-focused outcomes across multiple care settings.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher, an active RN license, and BLS/ACLS; PALS within 90 days if pediatrics are involved. Prior PreOp/PACU experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• PALS certification within 90 days if ASC pediatrics.
• Core经验: PreOp/PACU nursing experience (1 year).
• New RN enrolled in Perianesthesia Academy within 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational and cultural domains.
• Develop and revise the care plan with multidisciplinary team and patient/family.
• Coordinate and supervise care, ensure adherence to physician orders and policies.
• Communicate patient status clearly to the care team to maintain continuity.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions and outcomes accurately.
• Promote evidence-based practice and participate in ongoing education and mentoring.
