Renewal by Andersen is seeking an in-home sales consultant to visit customers in their homes, assess needs, and recommend window and door replacement solutions. You will leverage provided leads and our proven sales method to close sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

This full-time role offers paid training for the first seven weeks, continuous coaching, and industry-leading commissions with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• Strong closing skills and ability to handle objections.
• Experience in home improvement or construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in homes to identify products that fit their needs.
• Use provided leads and sales methodology to close sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish.
• Build rapport and close on replacement services.
