Renewal by Andersen hires in-home sales consultants to visit customers in their homes, consult on window and door replacement needs, and guide them to the best product fit. You will leverage the company’s sales training and samples to close deals, while delivering exceptional service from start to finish.

The role offers paid training for the first weeks, a full-time schedule, and industry-leading commission potential, with no cold calling and provided pre-set leads.

Competenze

• 2+ years in-home or outside sales experience
• Experience in home improvement or construction is a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Proven track record of closing sales
• Self-motivated with results orientation
• Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
• Willing to undergo a criminal background check
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• E-Verify participation stated in posting

Mansioni

• Visit customers in their homes to consult and identify the best product fit (windows, patio doors, entry doors).
• Use training, tools, and our sales methodology to build rapport and close the sale.
• Present product samples and provide support to help customers choose and purchase replacements.
