Job summary

Morgan Stanley's Platinum Relationship Manager role within ETPS focuses on retaining and growing the firm's most valuable retail clients. You will gain a deep understanding of client investment needs and coordinate access to Morgan Stanley's broad products and services while delivering a white-glove service.

You will work in a small team and handle high-value client interactions with a focus on risk and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of client service experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent), and ability to be registered in all states and territories.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service while cultivating relationships with our highest value E*TRADE clients
• Provide comprehensive support including product education, trade facilitation and connecting clients with Morgan Stanley products and services
• Utilize deep technical knowledge of futures and contracts trading, along with strong market analysis skills
• Address client issues and questions to deliver a world-class experience
• Coordinate with internal support teams to meet client service needs timely
• Identify opportunities to maximize all Morgan Stanley products and services
• Focus on bottom-line performance, sales, customer satisfaction and overall experience
• Mitigate risk by adhering to company policies and procedures
• Manage high volumes of client interactions with strong organizational skills
