Morgan Stanley’s E*TRADE Premium and Specialty Client Solutions team seeks a Platinum Relationship Manager to retain and grow our most valuable retail clients. You will build trusted client connections by understanding investment needs and aligning Morgan Stanley products and services to those goals.

In this role you will deliver white-glove service, educate clients on product education, and facilitate trades while working with a small team to ensure superior service and satisfaction.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of client service experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent) and ability to be registered in all states and territories.
• Preferred: experience with high net worth or active trader clients in brokerage/financial services.
• Thorough understanding of securities including equity, margin, and option trading.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional client service to high-value E*TRADE clients.
• Provide product education, trade facilitation, and connect clients with Morgan Stanley products.
• Utilize deep knowledge of futures and contracts trading and market analysis.
• Solve client issues with critical thinking to deliver a world-class experience.
• Coordinate with internal support teams to meet client service needs promptly.
• Understand all Morgan Stanley products and identify opportunities to maximize value.
• Focus on sales, customer satisfaction, and overall client experience.
• Mitigate risk by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Manage high volumes of client interactions with strong organizational skills.
