Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in venue operations or premium hospitality.
• Experience delivering five-star service in high-volume environments.
• Proficient with booking, scheduling, and collaboration tools.
• Able to learn new membership/program management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-of operational support for events across Class A office venues.
• Assist pre-event setup and post-event tear down; configure spaces and decor.
• Coordinate with AV/IT, catering, décor, music, security during events.
• Maintain venue and common area readiness with AM/PM checklists.
• Oversee fitness center operations on event days as needed.
