Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Customer Support Analyst to work on-site with Premier customers in Mooresville, IN. You will write and execute MS SQL queries, manage change processes for Exacta, and coordinate testing and deployments to ensure reliable operations.

The role also involves assisting the internal operations team with technical issues, troubleshooting hardware, and collaborating with QA and project teams to optimize configurations and shorten implementation timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years writing and executing MS SQL queries.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused with teamwork and long-term work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Write and execute MS SQL queries.
• Manage change management for Exacta software bug fixes and promotions.
• Create and manage changes through the Exacta system with approvals.
• Test and coordinate internal resources for software testing of changes.
• Schedule production installations of approved changes.
• Troubleshoot printers and related hardware for Exacta stations.
• Interface with Project Manager, QA, and Operations teams.
• Log tickets in TAL Software Support and track issues in testing.
• Support the Deployment Specialist setup and project environment.
