Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics seeks a Customer Support Analyst to work onsite at a customer in Bristol, PA 19007. The role focuses on premium support, issue research, testing, documentation, and internal training to deliver durable resolutions and system improvement.

The CSA will also support internal operations with technical issues and manage tickets from posting to resolution, maintaining 100% uptime with the client. Travel not required beyond onsite support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science required.
• Strong SQL and SSRS skills with ability to troubleshoot database and reporting issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite with Premier customers to provide premium support and resolve tickets.
• Research issues, perform testing, document, and train internal team.
• Coordinate with client and internal teams to ensure uptime and proper configurations.
