Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Suites Manager to direct the premium suites operations at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, premium food and beverage experiences, and seamless on-site operations for high-profile events.

You will oversee staff, menus, wine lists, and relationships with suite holders, while maintaining budgetary discipline and collaboration with ownership and league partners. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of management in contract foodservice.
• Experience in premium services, catering, and concessions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multi-task.
• Strong leadership, initiative, and customer service focus.
• Flexible hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest service and management philosophy for premium suites.
• Develop premium menus and wine lists; manage delivery and standards.
• Coordinate with front office, ownership, visiting teams, and league executives.
• Maintain relationships with suite holders and game rentals.
• Monitor budgets and control labor and operating costs.
• Prepare annual budgets and support midyear/end-year reports.
