Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Suites Manager to direct the premium suites operations at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, premium food and beverage experiences, and seamless on-site operations for high-profile events.

You will oversee staff, menus, wine lists, and relationships with suite holders, while maintaining budgetary discipline and collaboration with ownership and league partners. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of management in contract foodservice.
• Experience in premium services, catering, and concessions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multi-task.
• Strong leadership, initiative, and customer service focus.
• Flexible hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of POS systems.

About the Role

Under the direction of the Director of Premium, this individual will be responsible for effectively and profitably managing the overall operations of the Premium Suite Operation.

Legends is the official hospitality partner of Raymond James Stadium, home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The partnership includes overseeing the Raymond James Stadium food and beverage program development and management for concessions, suites and premium areas for all game days, concerts, special events and any food and beverage related activations for the iconic Pirate Ship. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities & Outcomes)

• Direct, implement and maintain a guest service and management philosophy that serves as a guide to respective team members.
• Develop and maintain premium menus to adapt to the ever-changing market, including delivery, presentation, and standards.
• Work directly with team specific Front Office, Ownership, Visiting Teams and League Executives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with multi-year premium Suite holders as well as Individual Game Rentals.
• Coordinate menus, develop wine lists, handle guest relations and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards.
• Conducting meetings to update staff on daily goals & objectives.
• Provide efficient service and quality products by maintaining positive customer and client relations through effective communication and prudent financial practices.
• Maintain cost as it pertain to labor and operating supplies, work within budgeted guidelines.
• Assist the Premium Services Manager with the preparation of the annual fiscal budget and business plan for the upcoming season.
• Oversee departmental midyear and end of the year reports.
• Ensure that all equipment is in proper operational condition and cleaned on a regular basis.
• Maintain staff and ensure proper hiring and promoting of associates per Legends Hospitality Standards.
• Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required.

What You Bring (Qualifications & Experience)

• To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above the highest levels.
• The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3‑5 years management experience in the contract foodservice industry, preferably in premium services, catering and concessions environment for a sports and entertainment venue.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong commitment to delivering a high level of customer and client service with demonstrated initiative, leadership, and management skills.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of accounting policy and procedures and POS Systems is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
