Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Suites Manager for Raymond James Stadium to lead the Premium Suite operation, guest services, and concessions program on game days and events.

You will manage menus, wine lists, staff, and relationships with premium holders while ensuring top-tier guest experiences and adherence to budgets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of management experience in contract foodservice, preferably premium services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task under deadlines.
• Strong focus on customer and client service with leadership and initiative.
• Flexible to extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage staff.
• Knowledge of accounting policies and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage guest service and premium suite operations.
• Develop premium menus and ensure quality, delivery, and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Ownership and league executives.
• Maintain relationships with premium suite holders and game rentals.
• Coordinate menus, wine lists, and guest relations while monitoring QA standards.
• Lead staff meetings and communicate daily goals and objectives.
• Control labor costs and operating supplies within budget.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES)

• Direct, implement andmaintaina guest service and management philosophy that serves as a guide to respective team members.
• Develop andmaintainpremium menus to adapt to the ever‑changingmarket,including delivery, presentation, and standards.
• Work directly withteamspecificFront Office, Ownership, VisitingTeamsand League Executives.
• Build andmaintainstrong relationships with multi‑year premium Suite holders as well as Individual Game Rentals.
• Coordinate menus, develop wine lists, handle guestrelationsand monitor adherence to quality assurance standards.
• Conducting meetings to update staff on daily goals &objectives.
• Provide efficient service and quality products bymaintainingpositive customer and client relations through effective communication and prudent financial practices.
• Maintain cost as it pertains to labor and operating supplies, work within budgeted guidelines.
• Assist the Premium Services Manager with the preparation of the annual fiscal budget and business plan for the upcoming season.
• Oversee departmental midyear and end of the year reports
• Ensure that all equipment is in proper operational condition andcleanedon a regular basis.
• Maintain staff and ensure proper hiring and promoting of associates per Legends Hospitality Standards.
• Perform other related duties,tasks,and responsibilities asrequired.

WHAT YOU BRING (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential dutyabovethe highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilityrequired.

• The ideal candidate will have abachelor’sdegree with a minimum of 3‑5 years management experience in the contract foodservice industry, preferably in premium services, catering and concessions environment for a sports and entertainment venue.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong commitment to deliveringa high levelof customer and client service withdemonstratedinitiative, leadership, and management skills.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management
• Must be flexible to workextendedhours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of accounting policy and procedures and POS Systems isrequired.
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
