Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Suites Manager to lead premium suite operations at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. You will oversee guest services, menus, cost controls, and staff performance to drive an exceptional fan experience.

Under the Director of Premium, you will develop menus, build relationships with suite holders and game rentals, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Strong leadership and budgeting skills are essential, with flexibility for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years management experience in contract foodservice, preferably premium services at a sports venue.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Strong customer and client service mindset with demonstrated leadership skills.
Flexible to work extended hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of accounting policy and POS systems; proficient with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Direct, implement and maintain a guest service and management philosophy for the team.
Develop premium menus and ensure delivery, presentation and standards.
Work with Front Office, Ownership, visiting teams and league executives.
Build relationships with multi-year premium Suite holders and game rentals.
Coordinate menus, develop wine lists, handle guest relations and QA standards.
Lead staff meetings to align daily goals and objectives.
