Job summary

Legends & ASM Global is seeking a Premium Suites Coordinator in Tampa to oversee VIP suites for game days, concerts, and special events. You will ensure top presentation standards, manage staff, and coordinate supplies and menu materials using PowerPoint and Office tools.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to lead hourly staff and work flexible event schedules, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, premium services, catering, or event operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the setup, execution, and breakdown of VIP Suites and other premium spaces for events.
• Lead and support event staff in maintaining presentation standards and buffet setups.
• Conduct quality checks on product rotation, expiration dates, labeling, and inventory.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintaining premium suite products and supplies.
• Create and maintain menu cards, signage, guest-facing collateral, and documents using PowerPoint and Office.
• Maintain records, spreadsheets, inventories, and department tracking tools using Excel.
• Support development and distribution of event-day materials and suite information.
• Partner with Culinary, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Operations teams for seamless execution.
• Assist with administrative tasks including document management, data entry, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, presentation standards, and satisfaction.
