Job summary

Levy at American Airlines Center is seeking a motivated, service-driven, and experienced event-based part-time Food & Beverage Suites Supervisor to join our Premium Suites team. This role provides first-level supervision of food and beverage operations within our Premium Suites for exceptional guest service and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Minimum 1 year in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Club, or Full-Service Restaurant.
• Valid TABC or state alcohol certification.
• Valid ServSafe or Food Handler certification.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and time management.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a loud, busy environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure guest service and event efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and support Suite Attendants, Runners, Pantry Coordinators, and front/back-of-house staff.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and quality service of food and beverages.
• Monitor staff compliance with policies, HACCP, and responsible alcohol service.
• Train new team members on service standards and safety procedures.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, side work, and suite readiness.
• Maintain inventory and communicate supply needs.
• Address guest concerns professionally to enhance suite experiences.
• Collaborate with management, culinary teams, and event staff for seamless operations.

Job Summary

Levy at American Airlines Center is seeking a motivated, service-driven, and experienced event-based part-time Food & Beverage Suites Supervisor to join our Premium Suites team. This event-based, part-time leadership role provides first-level supervision of food and beverage operations within our Premium Suites, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and compliance with all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient event execution.
• Lead, coach, and support Suite Attendants, Food and Beverage Runners, Pantry Coordinators, and other front/back-of-house team members.
• Ensure food and beverages are served accurately, safely, and within established quality and service standards.
• Monitor staff performance to ensure compliance with company policies, sanitation procedures, HACCP standards, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Train and mentor new team members on service standards, safety procedures, and operational expectations.
• Oversee opening and closing responsibilities, including side work, station cleanliness, and suites readiness.
• Maintain inventory levels, complete daily and monthly inventory counts, and communicate supply needs.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while creating an exceptional suite experience.
• Communicate effectively with management, culinary teams, and event staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of (1)year of supervisoryexperience.
• Minimum (1) year of Food and Beverage, Hotel/ Hospitality, Club or Full-Service Restaurant experience.
• Valid TABC or state-approved Alcohol/Liquor certification.
• Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and time management.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
