Job summary

Levy at American Airlines Center is seeking a motivated, service-driven, event-based part-time Food & Beverage Suites Supervisor to join our Premium Suites team. You will supervise operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold safety standards during events.

As a leader, you will coach suite attendants and runners, manage inventory, and coordinate with culinary and event staff to deliver seamless experiences for Dallas’ premier events under Levy’s hospitality umbrella.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in F&B or hospitality.
• Minimum 1 year F&B/hotel/hospitality/club or full-service restaurant experience.
• Valid state alcoholic beverage certification (TABC or equivalent).
• Valid ServSafe or Food Handler certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient event execution.
• Lead, coach, and support Suite Attendants, Food and Beverage Runners, Pantry Coordinators, and other team members.
• Ensure food/beverages are served safely and according to quality standards.
• Monitor staff performance per policies, sanitation, HACCP, and alcohol service guidelines.
• Train and mentor new team members on service standards and safety.
• Oversee opening/closing, side work, and suites readiness.
• Maintain inventory, perform counts, and communicate supply needs.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally to create an exceptional suite experience.
• Communicate effectively with management, culinary teams, and event staff.

Job Summary

This event‑based, part‑time leadership role provides first‑level supervision of food and beverage operations within our Premium Suites, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and compliance with all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.

Essential Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient event execution.
• Lead, coach, and support Suite Attendants, Food and Beverage Runners, Pantry Coordinators, and other front/back‑of‑house team members.
• Ensure food and beverages are served accurately, safely, and within established quality and service standards.
• Monitor staff performance to ensure compliance with company policies, sanitation procedures, HACCP standards, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Train and mentor new team members on service standards, safety procedures, and operational expectations.
• Oversee opening and closing responsibilities, including side work, station cleanliness, and suites readiness.
• Maintain inventory levels, complete daily and monthly inventory counts, and communicate supply needs.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while creating an exceptional suite experience.
• Communicate effectively with management, culinary teams, and event staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of (1)year of supervisoryexperience.
• Minimum (1) year of Food and Beverage, Hotel/ Hospitality, Club or Full‑Service Restaurant experience.
• Valid TABC or state‑approved Alcohol/Liquor certification.
• Valid ServSafe or state‑approved Food Handler's certification.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and time management.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
